SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Foxborough, MA. We are seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers who are committed to providing quality in-home care and helping clients maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexible scheduling for both short-hour and long-hour shifts.

Your Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed
Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when necessary
Offer companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe home
Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
Report client needs or changes to the care team

Qualifications

Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable providing care independently in a client's home
Reliable and able to fulfill agreed-upon shifts
