SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Norwood, MA. We are looking for dependable, compassionate caregivers who take pride in helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with short-hour and long-hour shifts to accommodate different schedules.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities

  • Help clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning

  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

  • Offer companionship and emotional support

  • Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable home

  • Follow individualized care plans and established routines

  • Communicate client needs and changes to the care team

Qualifications

  • Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

  • Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

  • Patient, compassionate, and reliable

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable working independently in a client's home

  • Able to maintain a dependable work schedule
