Providing direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to the nursing staff
Maintaining accurate and thorough records of resident care and services
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

1+ years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or related experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Active CNA certification in the state of Florida
Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with ease
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
