TLC Care Services is looking for compassionate, dependable, and motivated hourly caregivers for full-time and part-time opportunities in Wasilla and the Mat-Su Valley area. Join our team and help clients maintain their comfort, independence, and safety in the familiar surroundings of their own homes.

PLEASE NOTE:

Alaska residents only. Applicants must currently live in Alaska.
No relocation assistance, travel expenses, or housing provided.
Pay Rate: Based on experience and certifications.
Flexible scheduling options available!

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Offer medication reminders as directed.
Assist with safe mobility and transfers, including the use of gait belts or Hoyer lifts when needed.
Prepare simple meals and snacks and perform light housekeeping.
Maintain a safe, comfortable environment throughout each shift.
Report important observations or concerns to the care coordinator.
Adapt to flexible schedules based on client care needs.
Drive clients to doctor's appointments and errands

Requirements

Previous caregiving experience preferred.
Compassionate, reliable, punctual, and responsible.
Good communication and observation skills.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Must be legally eligible to work in Alaska.
Must have reliable transportation.
