• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including essential activities such as vital signs, bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist patients with daily living tasks, such as eating, drinking, and using the bathroom

• Observe and report changes in patient condition, vital signs, or behavior to licensed nurses

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

• Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification in the state of Florida

• 0 years of experience, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with care and attention to safety

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong observational and reporting skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
