About the Role

Weekend Caregiver (Chula Vista, CA)

As a Weekend Caregiver, you will:

Provide one-on-one care to our clients in their homes, supporting their daily living needs, and promoting their overall well-being
Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Prepare meals, manage medication, and assist with light housekeeping and laundry
Engage in meaningful conversations, recreational activities, and social interactions to promote emotional well-being
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
