In-Home Caregiver | $16–$18/hr

SYNERGY HomeCare of the West Valley is hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes.

We’re looking for caregivers who enjoy helping others remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. We offer a variety of schedules based on caregiver availability and current client needs, with opportunities for both part-time and full-time hours.

What You’ll Do

As an In-Home Caregiver, responsibilities may include:

Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Mobility and transfer assistance
Meal preparation
Medication reminders
Light housekeeping
Companionship and supervision
Transportation and errands when required by the care plan
Assistance with other activities of daily living based on the client's needs

Pay & Scheduling

$16.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Part-time and full-time opportunities
Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts may be available
Flexible scheduling based on caregiver availability and client needs
Overtime and qualifying holidays paid at time-and-a-half

This is a W-2 employee position.

Requirements

Applicants must:

Be at least 18 years old
Be able to pass all required background screenings
Have reliable transportation and regular access to a vehicle
Have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance
Be dependable and able to arrive to scheduled shifts on time
Be comfortable providing care in clients' homes
Complete all required onboarding documentation and training

Previous professional caregiving experience is preferred, but applicants with relevant personal caregiving experience are encouraged to apply.
