Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) 3pm-11pm

The purpose of this role is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan and as may be directed by your supervisor in accordance with the requirements of the policies and procedures of this facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility.

Job Responsibilities:

Day to day resident care duties under the supervision of the licensed nurses.
Assist in maintaining a positive physical, social and psychological environment for the resident.

Education and Qualifications:

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must possess an active Certified Nursing Assistant certification, having successfully completed a state approved Nurse Aide Training program and competency evaluation.

In order to be eligible for the New Hire Bonus Program, I understand the following:

● I shall be a Full Time employee and maintain Full Time hours of 37.50 per week

● I shall not have been employed by any Kadima company for up to one year prior to this hire

date

● I must successfully complete the orientation program to the facility

● I may not have a current disciplinary action on file at the time of the bonus payment(s)

● I shall not be late more than four times in each pay out period

● I shall not call off more than four times in each pay out period

● I shall not be a no call no show (NCNS) at any time during each of the payout periods

● I must maintain my nursing license/certification in good standing

● I understand the bonus dollars are taxable wages under IRS guidelines

● I understand in the event of termination or resignation, the sign on bonus shall be immediately

withdrawn
