About the Role:

As an Evening Shift Registered Nurse, you will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to our patients across a range of specialties. Your responsibilities will include:

Assessing and developing individualized patient care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to the healthcare team
Collaborating with patients, families, and caregivers to educate and empower them to take an active role in their care
Participating in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellence in patient care
Working effectively with a diverse team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes

Requirements:

Current RN license in the state of Maryland
Ability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong observation, assessment, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technologies
