About the Role

As a Weekend RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our patients during weekend shifts. Your primary duties will include:

Supervising and coordinating the activities of nursing staff on weekends, ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with our center's policies and procedures
Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Providing guidance and support to nursing staff, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and center policies
Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services

Qualifications

Current RN license in the State of Florida
