Located conveniently in North Miami Beach, just south of Aventura, we are easily accessible to three local hospitals. Our small center with 99 beds allows us to provide personalized care to each of our residents, and we are committed to helping them achieve their unique goals and benchmarks.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a part-time basis. As a CNA at North Beach Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting our nursing staff. Your dedication and expertise will help us achieve our mission of "Setting standards in Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Care."

Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Provide assistance with medication management and vital signs

  • Help patients with mobility and transfer exercises

  • Maintain accurate and complete records of patient care

  • Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families

Requirements:

  • Current Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1 year of experience preferred
