Description

In this role you will provide clinical nursing care and support to the Congenital Heart Program at UCLA Health. This full-time position will be providing direct patient care in the Adult Congenital Heart Disease Center (ACHDC). Responsible for providing clinical care to the patients and coordinating care with the team of physicians, nurse practitioners, clinical nurses, social work and administrative staff. The role entails providing direct and indirect patient services for the Adult Congenital Heart Disease population, including telephone and in basket triage for all medical and patient care issues.
