Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Supporting individuals with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Monitoring vital signs & providing medication reminders
• Assisting with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
• Engaging clients in meaningful activities and providing companionship
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients
• Communicating effectively with clients and their families
• Completing daily activity logs for each shift

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Strong Communication Skills, Positive Attitude, Love of Seniors and the Disabled
• Ability to use technology (smartphone)
• CPR & First Aid Certification; TB Skin Test (within last year) or Chest X-ray (within past 5 years)
• Must pass Background Test and be willing to undergo Drug Screening
• Current Georgia Driver's License & Reliable Vehicle
