Job Summary:

At Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As a Certified Nursing Assistant Full Time Nights, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our residents. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and incontinence care
Assist with vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a positive and dignified environment
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and services provided
Participate in Shift Reports and other meetings as required
