About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Providing personalized care and assistance to residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
Assisting with vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse checks
Maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for residents
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Providing emotional support and companionship to residents

Requirements:

Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
High school diploma or equivalent required
1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility
Ability to work weekend nights on a per diem basis
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents
Bi Lingual English Spanish Preferred
