Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility exercises
Administer medication and perform treatments as directed by the plan of care
Monitor and report patient vital signs and changes in condition
Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and services
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

Requirements:

Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) in the State of Florida
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and transfer patients as needed
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
