About the Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant with SYNERGY HomeCare of Kinston, you will:

Provide personal care assistance to patients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist patients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and their families
Collaborate with our healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care

Responsibilities

Provide nursing assistance to patients in their homes, under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as ambulation, transfer, and positioning
Perform vital signs and assist with basic wound care
Develop and implement individualized care plans with patients and their families
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
