What You'll Do as a Caregiver / PCA

As a member of our caregiving team, you'll provide compassionate, non-medical care that helps a Veteran maintain independence and quality of life at home.

Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Providing companionship and meaningful social engagement
Helping with meal preparation and light housekeeping
Providing medication reminders
Following the client's individualized care plan
Communicating professionally with the client, family members, and SYNERGY HomeCare team
Arriving on time and consistently fulfilling scheduled shifts
