What our CNA's Do

Provide hands-on care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
Assist residents with meals, hydration, and mobility while promoting independence and dignity.
Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the nursing team.
Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents.
Answer call lights and respond to residents' needs in a timely, compassionate manner.
Assist with repositioning, transfers, and ambulation according to care plans and safety procedures.
Document care provided accurately and follow established facility protocols.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
Support individualized care plans and help create a welcoming, resident-centered environment.

What We're Looking For in CNAs

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification recognized in New Jersey.
Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred.
A compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to resident care.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Dependability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
