If offered a promotion to RN, we consider the intern role to be an investment in RN orientation so we are seeking December 2027 grads who have top interest in a future RN position in the NICU.

Future RN opportunities in the NICU would be either straight nights or a day/night rotating schedule (6 weeks on each shift) so must be comfortable committing long term to working nights.   Likely 6+ years to get to day shift in the NICU due to the size of unit and team.
