About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver Floater to provide care to multiple clients in multiple areas. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in caregiving, with a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification being a plus. As a Caregiver Floater, you will be responsible for filling in for shifts when needed, as well as assisting with administrative duties in our office. You will also be required to work rotating weekends and some overnights.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes
Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report on client conditions, including any changes or concerns
Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
Collaborate with other care team members to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

2 years of experience in caregiving (Preferred)
CNA certification (Preferred)
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with Hoyer lifts
Comfortable with pets, smokers, and transporting clients in your personal vehicle when needed
Availability to work rotating weekends and some overnights
Ability to work in person
