Job Summary:

As a Weekend Per Diem CNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being, and contributing to a positive and supportive environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized care plans and ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care possible.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, toileting, bathing, and mobility assistance
Support resident activities and encourage participation in therapies and recreational programs
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress
Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education programs
