As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our Per Diem Weekend Nights team, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and personalized care to our residents.

About the Role:

As a CNA, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital signs, and other essential tasks. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that each patient receives the highest level of care, tailored to their unique needs and goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients, including ADLs, vital signs, and other essential tasks

  • Assist patients with transfers, ambulation, and other mobility needs

  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to licensed nursing staff

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families

  • Participate in training and educational programs to stay current with industry developments and best practices
