Responsibilities:

Participate in activities and programs designed to promote resident engagement and socialization
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and activities
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, as needed

Requirements:

1 years of experience as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or similar role
Successful completion of a state-approved CNA training program
Current CNA certification
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with care and safety
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
