PCA/CNA Float Position

Overview

We are currently seeking a compassionate, dependable, and flexible Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in a full-time float position.

This position offers a consistent 40-hour workweek, with the opportunity to work with different clients and provide care across multiple assignments each week.

Unlike a traditional PCA/CNA position where caregivers are assigned to one permanent client, our float caregivers work with different clients based on scheduling needs, staff availability, and client care requirements.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, reliable, enjoys working with different individuals, and is comfortable traveling between client homes.
