Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to residents, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, grooming, and incontinence care
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as feeding, toileting, and transferring
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and conditions
Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and effective communication
Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols

Requirements:

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Florida
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in healthcare or a related field preferred
Minimum of 0 years of experience as a CNA; new graduates encouraged to apply
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
