About the Role:

As a Night CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to our residents, including but not limited to:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Providing comfort and support to residents, including positioning, transferring, and ambulating
• Maintaining accurate and timely records of resident care and progress

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents
• Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification in the state of Florida
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0 years of experience or related field
• Ability to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with assistive devices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
