As a Night LPN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing high-quality nursing care in a supportive and nurturing environment. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting with medication administration, vital signs, and treatments as needed

  • Providing direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse or RN

  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Maintaining accurate and complete records of resident care and treatment
