Above all, you’ll encourage independence, respect personal choices, and help make everyday life enjoyable.

We’re looking for someone who is patient, dependable, enjoys building relationships, and is willing to make a long-term commitment. A valid driver’s license, reliable driving record, and at least three professional references are required. Experience is a plus, but not necessary—we welcome someone with a caring heart, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn!
