Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team of caregivers in the Rowlett area, working 18 hours a week. As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare of Allen, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities, providing non-medical care and support in their homes.

Responsibilities:

Able to lift bed bound client

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assists with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Encourages and facilitates socialization and community integration
• Supports medication management and appointment scheduling
• Maintains a safe and healthy environment for clients
• Communicates with family members and healthcare professionals as needed
• Demonstrates a commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
•1 years of experience in the caregiving industry (training provided)
• Ability to lift and transfer clients as needed
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
