  • Observe and report changes in residents' physical, mental, or emotional conditions to the nursing team.
  • Accurately document care provided using our electronic health record system.
  • Follow individualized service plans, safety procedures, and infection prevention practices.
  • Assist with welcoming new residents and helping them feel comfortable in their new home.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers, nurses, supervisors, and other departments to ensure residents receive consistent, quality care.
  • Protect resident privacy and confidentiality while promoting dignity, independence, and personal choice.
  • Promptly report resident concerns, incidents, or suspected abuse in accordance with facility policies and applicable requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • A compassionate attitude and a genuine desire to care for seniors.
  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent resident care.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
  • Willingness to learn and follow established care procedures.
  • Ability to recognize changes in resident conditions and communicate concerns promptly.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to complete electronic documentation.
  • Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and personal care tasks.
  • Previous caregiving, assisted living, memory care, or healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
