SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking caring and dependable CNA, HHA, and PCA caregivers in Foxborough, MA. We have an urgent need for individuals who are committed to providing compassionate care and helping clients maintain their comfort and independence at home.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care

  • Help with walking, transfers, and daily mobility

  • Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed

  • Offer companionship and emotional support

  • Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home

  • Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

  • Report changes in clients' conditions or care needs to the care team

Qualifications

  • Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

  • Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

  • Compassionate, patient, and attentive

  • Dependable with good communication skills

  • Comfortable providing care independently in clients' homes

  • Able to commit to scheduled shifts

  • Complete vaccination records preferred
