Alliance Homecare is looking for dependable and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our private-duty care team in Paramus, NJ.

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional, high-quality care and are looking for an HHA who understands the importance of professionalism, discretion, reliability, and attention to detail when working with clients who require a high level of personalized service.

Caregivers with reliable transportation and the ability to travel to Paramus are encouraged to apply!

What we offer:

  • $21/hour starting pay + Weekly pay

  • Flexible Shifts – 4 to 12 hour day and night shifts

  • Paid orientation

  • Health insurance, 401(k), Sick Pay & Holiday pay

What you'll do:

  • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming & toileting

  • Assist with transfers, ambulation & mobility

  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding

  • Light housekeeping and laundry

  • Take and record vital signs as directed

  • Report changes in condition to the RN

  • Provide care according to the client's plan of care

What we're looking for:

  • Active New Jersey State HHA License

  • 6+ months of HHA experience

  • Fluent in English
