What you will do

Personal care for clients with higher needs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers.
Mobility help and safe positioning.
Meals, light housekeeping, and laundry.
Medication reminders for medications the client takes on their own.
Watch for changes in condition, document them, and report them to your supervisor the same day.
Support for the client's family, who often need a steady voice as much as the client does.
Visit notes in our mobile app and clock in and out by phone.

Requirements

Current Arizona CNA certification in good standing.
A background check and our onboarding, which we provide.
Reliable transportation within Yuma.
Home care or healthcare experience is welcome, not required. We train on our care plans.

Pay, shifts, and benefits

$17.50 to $18.35 per hour as a W-2 employee.
Full time, part time, and overnight shifts. Overnights are available for CNAs who prefer them.
Paid sick time, and medical, dental, and vision coverage for eligible employees.
Ongoing training and advancement into lead caregiver and office roles.
