A CNA job based in Wellton

Our William Street office serves Wellton, Tacna, Roll, Dateland, and the ranch country between them. The clients out here who need a CNA are mostly seniors and veterans with higher care needs, and they need someone close by, not someone forty miles away in Yuma. One client at a time, in their own house, with an office ten minutes up the road.

How a week goes

Monday through Friday you might have one client who needs a morning routine and a second who needs an afternoon block. Overnights are common in this area, and CNAs who want them can often build a week around two or three overnight clients. Weekend coverage is paid at the same hourly rate. Your supervisor sets the schedule with you, by area, so you are not crossing the county between visits.

On every visit

Personal care for clients with higher needs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers.
Mobility help and safe positioning.
Meals, light housekeeping, and laundry.
Medication reminders for medications the client takes on their own.
Watch for changes in condition and report them to your supervisor the same day.
Visit notes in our mobile app and clock in and out by phone.

Must have

Current Arizona CNA certification.
A valid driver's license and a dependable vehicle. This territory is spread out.
A background check and our onboarding.
Home care or healthcare experience preferred, not required.
