Aspire Senior Living Webb City is seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. About the Role

As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

Administering medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed by physicians
Monitoring and reporting changes in resident conditions to the nursing staff and physicians
Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment plans
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement resident-centered care plans

Requirements

Current LPN licensure in the state of Missouri
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in Nursing preferred
Prior experience in a long-term care setting preferred, but not required
