About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Pikesville, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your duties will include:

• Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
• Implementing interventions and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Monitoring patient progress and making adjustments to care plans as needed
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care

Responsibilities:

About this Job: Unit Highlights The 5 West Surgical Unit has the capacity to serve up to (20) patients with a focus on a variety of surgical specialty patients. Many of these patients have elective surgeries and are discharged within 1-2 days of their procedure.
