Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs monitoring
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Conduct daily rounds, monitoring resident condition, and reporting any changes to the care team
Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure best practices are followed
Demonstrate a commitment to our organization's values of compassion, respect, and dignity

Requirements:

Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Missouri
Experience as an LPN or RN in a long-term care setting or related field setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
