Job Responsibilities

Working in post-acute facilities in the area as an LPN
Being accountable to follow and adhere to resident care plans
Tracking the wellbeing of residents, both physical and mental, and monitoring their vital signs
Conducting intakes, documenting health concerns and medical history of residents
Administering and properly verifying medications and monitoring their effects
Reviewing residents' charts and medical records
Assisting with the cultivation of a safe, comfortable facility

If not completed at the time of hire, the individual must complete a Board‐approved, LPN IV Therapy Education Program prior to independently practicing IV therapy.
