Assure residents have call lights at hand and answer call lights promptly. 21. Assure residents are given adequate assistance with meals, nourishment and transportation to meal service area. 22. Consistently work coopertively with residents, charge nurses, treatment nurses, restorative nurse, other nursing assistants, physicians, families, consultant personnel and ancillary service providers. 23. Observe all facility safety policies and procedures. 24. Come to work in a clean, neat uniform and consistenly present an appropriate professional appearance. 25. Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality. 26. Assume accountability for data contained in the employee's handbook. 27. Position Overview: The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a licensed member of the home care team. The CNA is responsible for the basic daily care of the client. CNAs will help maintain care records for the client and communicate with other members of the care team. CNAs report to the Administrator and or Alternate Administrator.
