Complete documentation accurately, timely and following facility policies and procedures. 19. Listen to resident and family complaints and report problems to Charge Nurse. 20. Assure residents have call lights at hand and answer call lights promptly. 21. Assure residents are given adequate assistance with meals, nourishment and transportation to meal service area. 22. Consistently work coopertively with residents, charge nurses, treatment nurses, restorative nurse, other nursing assistants, physicians, families, consultant personnel and ancillary service providers. 23. Observe all facility safety policies and procedures. 24. Come to work in a clean, neat uniform and consistenly present an appropriate professional appearance. 25. Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality. 26. Assume accountability for data contained in the employee's handbook. 27. Perform other related duties as directed by his/her supervisor. 28. Perform all duties assigned in an effective, timely and professional manner. 29. Observe infection control procedures. 30. Follow Residents' Rights policies at all times. 31. Be responsible for the safety of residents under his/her supervision. 32. Observe all facility policies and procedures. 33.
