Triages patient phone calls as needed and documents relevant information in the patient's chart. Assesses patient/family needs and provides teaching and other instructional material Qualifications Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education, BSN preferred. RN state license and current registration with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Must maintain continuing education requirements. What qualifications you will need: Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license. Current AHA or ARC BLS. Education: Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing; BSN desirable. Experience: Two to four years acute care/specialty nursing is desirable. One to three years previous experience in charge/supervisory position desirable. Able to articulate and demonstrate knowledge of nursing theory and practice.
