About the Role We are hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with acute care experience in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine who are comfortable working both independently and alongside DispatchHealth Medical Technicians (DHMTs) to deliver comprehensive, patient‑centered care in the home. The ideal candidate uses strong critical‑thinking skills, follows evidence‑based standards of practice, proactively identifies and solves problems, adheres to all clinical and safety standards, protocols, and performance metrics, and consistently provides care with compassion, empathy, and cultural competency.
