Job Overview As part of the Clinical Resource (CR) Team, the Clinical Resource (CR) Nurse plans a key role in supporting bedside clinical teams in the delivery of family centered care. The actions of the Clinical Resource Nurse reflect professional nursing practice with a team approach and holds an expectation to promote and maintain quality patient care, manage nursing operations, assist in teaching nursing staff, enforce procedures, policies, practices, and standards of the facility.
