Come work at the best place to give and receive care! ​Job Description: Must Be IBCLC Certified RN Lactation Consultant – Maternity Who We Are: Elliot Hospital’s Women's and Children's Services are dedicated to addressing the specific health and wellness needs of women and their children. Our Maternity unit is a 24-26 bed unit averaging 14 mother/baby patients with 55 employees. Patients are high and low risk postpartum mom & babies 35 weeks gestation and above, substance-exposed infants, management of hyperbilirubinemia and hypoglycemia in the newborn, as well as post gynecological surgery. About the Job: The lactation consultant is to provide a comprehensive lactation services to meet the needs of professional providers, antepartum, post-partum lactating women and their families within Elliot Hospital and within the community. The OR RN provides patient-centered care through teamwork and collaboration to achieve quality patient outcomes.
