Assist with providing services to clients in case of a call out or may need to fill in for a shift while oncall gets the shift staffed ( VIPS or veterans) Participate in the rotation of oncall ( once every 3 weeks) Perform complaint investigations Helps with in office recruitment hiring events every quarter as needed.
