Offer counseling and psychotherapy services to patients and their families. Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Participate in clinical meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives. Requirements: Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New York with specialization in Psychiatry (PMHNP). Ability to work independently and effectively manage a caseload of patients. Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of psychiatric medications and treatment modalities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
