The hired APRN will care for critically ill patients, pre and post operatively, with congenital heart disease. They will often manage patients on vasoactive support, mechanical ventilation, CRRT, and ECMO or Ventricular Assist Devices. Patient population varies from neonates to adults with congenital heart disease that require repeat intervention. The hours for this position will include three thirteen hours shifts including rotating days/nights/weekends and holidays. Call will also be required. Previous APP experience is preferred, however new graduates with ICU experience are welcome to apply.
