Position Summary Seeking an APRN for a flexible outpatient role supporting services through extended service rotations, providing several consecutive months on each team to promote deeper clinical immersion and continuity of care. Serve as a primary clinical provider for infants, children, and adolescents in these outpatient clinics: Gastroenterology, Allergy, Pulmonary, Infectious Disease, and primary care. Initial coverage will be in Infusion. This role works collaboratively with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to provide direct patient care, care coordination, triage, and family education for children with complex and chronic conditions. The APRN supports both scheduled clinic visits and ambulatory treatments, with rotating schedules to meet program and patient needs.
