Healthcare provider CPR & NRP Certifications required. Mother Baby Unit experience required. Note - RNs hired into units that require a competency in cardiac rhythm interpretation will be required to take a rhythm assessment in their first week. Education - High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program required. Experience – One (1) year in healthcare setting preferred. Experience with using electronic health record (EHR) preferred. Other Requirements - Active Medical Assistant Certification or Medical Assistant Interim Certification from Washington State DOH required. Medical Assistant Interim Certification must be updated to a Medical Assistant Certification prior to expiration of Medical Assistant Interim Certification. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.

Overview High school diploma or equivalent. Current state certification (or registration) as a nurse assistant as per state certification/registration requirements. CNA experience within the last two years. If it has been more than two years, you must complete another training and competency program before providing services. Must be able to successfully pass the competency program of the care center. Current CPR certification.
